Rules relating to reservations
1. Option for possible cancellation
– before 60 days from the arrival date: 100% refund of the deposit
– between 59 and 30 days from the arrival date: 60% refund of the deposit
– between 29 and 15 days from the arrival date: 30% refund of the deposit
– within 14 days from the arrival date: no refund
2. In case of rebooking
- before 60 days from the arrival date: possibility to move the reservation to
another date without losing anything already paid.
- between 59 and 30 days from the arrival date: possibility to move the
booking to another date while maintaining 60% of the amount already paid.
- between 29 and 15 days from the arrival date: possibility to move the
booking to another date keeping 30% of the amount already paid.
- within 14 days of the arrival date: no refund or equivalent voucher.
